A stunning family residence in St. Heliers Bay, designed to maximize harbour views with a cascading layout, featuring a rooftop deck and a swimming pool, alongside three townhouses developed in collaboration with a neighboring property.

Designed for a prominent Barrister and his family. We were briefed to maximise the height and envelope to take advantage of the harbour views and St Heliers reserve below. The site was steep and narrow producing access challenges. The end result is a pleasing cascade of living levels from the roof top deck down to the swimming pool on the lower ground. We also designed 3 townhouses on the lower part of the site making use of the joint venture with the neighbour and his unutilised lower section.
