Custom Design Meets Natural Beauty
This project involved extensive use of custom-sized Ocean Grey Granite pavers, step treads, and risers in the alfresco finish. These natural stone outdoor pavers were meticulously installed on pedestals, throughout the entry path, terrace, BBQ area, and steps leading down to the garage, creating a cohesive and visually striking outdoor space.
A Longstanding Partnership
This project exemplifies Sareen Stone’s commitment to exceeding client expectations. The homeowners, loyal clients for over 10 years, have entrusted Sareen Stone with numerous projects, and the Balmoral residence renovation is a testament to their continued trust.
Strength, Beauty, and Functionality
Ocean Grey Granite proved to be the perfect choice for this project. This captivating natural stone boasts exceptional strength and durability, ensuring lasting beauty in all areas. Additionally, its unique colour movement seamlessly blends with the surrounding garden landscape and outdoor elements.
The alfresco finish offers P5 slip resistance, making it ideal for outdoor and wet applications. This feature provides safety and peace of mind for residents and guests enjoying this stunning outdoor space.
By combining the modern elegance of contemporary design with the natural beauty of Ocean Grey Granite, the Balmoral residence renovation has become an oasis of luxury and functionality. This project is an inspiration for homeowners seeking to elevate their outdoor spaces with a touch of sophistication and practicality.
