Our 36 Finstock Way Showhome will showcase our impressive craftsmanship, featuring a 244m2 floor plan with 3 bedrooms, a generous 2.5 bathrooms, two living spaces, and double car garage.  

From the exterior of the Showhome, you'll be able to admire an oiled cedar finish, highland tray roof, and architectural window suite with engineered supports. The exterior landscaping was expertly designed by Nic Kay to enhance its natural beauty.  

As you step inside, you'll be awed by the 4.6m high cathedral ceiling in the family, dining, and kitchen area, with a sunny separate adjoining lounge also with the 4.6m high ceiling. The floors are made up of European oak engineered flooring boards and Cavalier Bremworth 100% wool carpet.  

The bespoke kitchen, designed by Mal Corboy, features Paonazzo Biondo XTONE porcelain countertops, splashbacks, and a built-in cantilevered dining table. The appliances are from Fisher & Paykel, including an induction cooktop, dual oven, dish drawer, and fridge, which complete the kitchen. As an added convenience, the Showhome also includes an adjoining scullery/walk-in pantry with sink and brushed brass tapware from Harrison Bloy, as well as LED lighting around the cabinetry.  

The bathroom fittings and tapware from Harrison Bloy make the family bathroom unique, with a handcrafted freestanding bath, backlit LED mirror, and porcelain tiles on walls and floor. The separate guest toilet is also spacious and attractive, featuring brushed brass fittings and tapware, backlit LED mirror, and porcelain tiles on walls and floor. 

The fitted laundry has a bespoke design by Mal Corboy, with fittings from Harrison Bloy and brushed brass fittings and tapware. 

Throughout the home, the door hardware has architectural fittings and precision magnetic tubular latches.
