Key considerations before you renovate
• Functionality should be at the top of your list - so design a bathroom with this in mind
• Consider your lighting to ensure enough brightness in the room
• Make sure you have enough storage in the form of drawers, cupboards and cabinets
• Think about recessing medicine cabinets and using recessed squares in showers or on walls
• Look at wall hung vanity units and toilets if you are looking at saving space
