A seamless collaboration between Fluid Interiors fluid_interiorsnz and Cathryn Davey revision.space, this Bayswater kitchen is a testament to thoughtful design and sophisticated materiality — delivering both form and function in equal measure.

From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a sense of natural harmony. The cabinetry pairs Melteca Baikal Natural with Melteca Aged Walnut in an organic finish, while Ripple Flex 47 Oak, stained to match, introduces subtle texture and gentle movement.

At the heart of the space lies a show-stopping Calacatta Verde honed marble splashback. Designed with radiused corners and framed with negative space, it reads more like a sculptural artwork than a functional surface. Even the olive oil bottle was chosen to echo the tone of the stone — every detail considered, every finish deliberate.

Tying the palette together are Porcelain Supernova Luna White Laminam benchtops, just 12mm thick for a sleek, modern profile. The cabinetry features negative detail handles for a streamlined finish, with standout Signature brass hardware on the walnut bi-folds and satin nickel handles on the Baikal fronts. A bank of full-height, push-touch cabinets in curved Ripple Flex paneling completes the space, wrapping around the wall with a soft, sculptural edge.

With a nod to Mediterranean warmth and contemporary New Zealand design, this kitchen is more than just a place to cook — it’s a daily experience in style, texture, and artistry.
