Significant earthworks and heavy engineering were required to provide a large elevated building platform for this lovely family holiday home.

The focus was on providing living spaces for year round living.

Louvre covered decks and a rustic outdoor fireplace provide a shady retreat in summer, cosy nooks in winter and outdoor living spaces flow seamlessly into the open plan interior.

All spaces optimise the view through ancient pohutakawa to the beach beyond.
