This Award winning new build rural home in Coatesville was built for the family with ease of use and the future in mind.

Control 4 is used through out the home to control a wide array from Interior lighting with Welcome, Good night and Good bye preset scenes that can be programmed to do anything from shut down all lighting and home audio with the touch of one button to a Good morning setting that turns on the hall way and kitchen lighting, warms the coffee machine and turns on your kitchen tv to your favourite breakfast show. Garden and exterior lighting is programmed to run on schedules as specified by the clients.

This house has been installed with a 8 zone multi room audio system with 8 pairs of high quality recessed speakers. An audio matrix has been selected to give the client the ability to play multiple streams of digital and analogue music. Having this ability the client could have spotify playing in one zone or all zones with individual volume control. In addition to this multiple digital radio stations can also be played in different zones with separate volume control.

We designed and installed a home theatre solution in the main lounge that is made up of a 75" TV that is wall hung on a cantilevered bracket providing a flexible viewing experience for a house that has excellent indoor outdoor flow. A 5.1 audio system comprised of a custom made high quality sound bar for the front 3 channels of audio. This was custom manufactured to specifications so that the soundbar and tv looked amazing together. In addition to this the rear speakers are recessed into the wall at the optimal listening position. This all works together to achieve a high quality listening and viewing experience whilst achieving a minimalistic look.

Other features include Rain sensing windows that open to ventilate the home when it starts to get to warm. CCTV multi camera system and Home security. Intercom system with Vehicle gate control to allow remote access for visitors and trades even when you are away from home.
