BNZ Place in Wellington (1 Whitmore Street) is a landmark, sustainable A‑grade office building designed by Jasmax, with a strong narrative around navigation, landform, and connection to the harbour.
Moth Light supplied Offspring Profiles’ Richie Rail 20 system for the building’s internal staircases. This stainless-steel illuminated handrail delivers a continuous, elegant line of light that contributes to both safety and design sophistication.
The low-profile handrail remains visually discreet during the day, yet provides consistent, comfortable illumination at night—supporting the building’s flow and enhancing its architectural clarity.
