Bowral Farmhouse by Tasker Constructions and Tziallas Architects is located in the scenic grounds of Southern Highlands, New South Wales. A simple yet charming abode was the inspiration behind this project which led to the creation of a stylish contemporary farmhouse. Marrying old and new, the Bowral farmhouse encapsulates the essence of a modern farmhouse through its neutral colour palette and abundance of natural textures creating a lively interior.
The client and interior designer Leigh de Broize infused her passion for art and antique furniture throughout the home and desired brass hardware to reflect the styling of the home. To further enhance this aesthetic, Tasker Constructions selected Iver’s Berlin door pulls and levers for the home. From a builder’s perspective, the quality and finish of the Berlin range was the perfect choice for the project as it elevated the neutral space through its functional minimalism and brass elements. The ability to provide matching components within the range also was a significant benefit in selecting Iver.
The Berlin pull is the perfect welcoming piece for the front door of the home whereas, the Berlin door lever on oval backplate was an essential choice on the internal doors which captured the essence of modern style and practicality within the home.
