Bramley Drive
This build was a 4 story apartment block with each a modest 200-250m2. This was an Insitu concrete and concrete block structure with concrete mid floors.
All the retaining walls were waterproofed to a very high spec. The roof had a low pitch double-layer torch on Nurply product.
There were no compromises made on this project from the full automation system to the designer kitchens and amazing views.
However, the point of difference for this build was the lift system, running from the carpark to the top floor.
