Bespoke coastal home designer Bianca Gemmill from BCG Building Design, in collaboration with Fulton Projects, has completely reimagined a 1980s Gold Coast brick bungalow. Resulting in an exquisite property that beautifully combines Aussie Coastal and Palm Springs aesthetics.
The front façade of the house now exhibits an all-white exterior and a captivating feature garage. The garage's eye-catching appeal is achieved using a timber-look aluminium DecoBatten® on the garage door, and a unique cacti planter box framing the door's top.
To enhance the coastal chic vibe, Bianca Gemmill selected the popular DecoWood® Natural Curly Birch™ finish for the DecoBatten®. This choice not only complements the modern colour palette but also ensures durability and minimal maintenance. DecoWood® finishes are designed to withstand coastal conditions, offering UV resistance and marine-grade quality.
The comprehensive front façade transformation has resulted in a harmonious and visually striking design that extends throughout the entire house. The combination of timber-look aluminium DecoBatten® and the DecoWood® Natural Curly Birch™ finish achieves a seamless integration of style and functionality, making a stunning architectural statement that adds to the inviting and captivating impression for residents and visitors.
