Completed in 2021 by BMB Building, this property spared no expense. Enormous tilt slab cement throughout the home tested the capacity of the highest-powered crane in the South Island. This, paired with coreten steel, western red cedar and eurotray, aides in giving this home an industrial feel. Inside features polished concrete floors, a motorised kitchen island, Haast Rimu furniture and triple glazing throughout.
