Modern holiday home in Wanaka with stunning views, open-plan living, and luxurious outdoor entertaining spaces, featuring four bedrooms and award-winning design.
Positioned to enjoy unobstructed views over Pembroke Park and Lake Wanaka to the mountains and beyond, this house truly is an enviable year-round modern holiday pad. The property is an entertainer’s paradise with open plan living leading outside through large architectural sliders onto an extensive deck with louvre roof and large outdoor fire and BBQ area. A large modern kitchen caters to hungry holidaymakers and there’s plenty of seating at the island bench or in the dining area.
The property is complemented with a combination of oak floors and carpet, which makes for practical yet comfortable vacationing. A handy media room provides another desirable space for board game battles or for curling up for some quiet time. Four bedrooms allow for ample sleeping options for those long ski weekends or summer holidays in Wanaka.
This Turnkey Home was awarded Gold in the Carters New Homes $1 million - $2 million category.
