This Turnkey Home was awarded Gold in the $1.5 - $2 million category at the registered Master Builders Southern Region House of the Year Awards.
The bold structure of this home creates a striking presence within the panorama of the Wanaka mountains. The use of solid raw materials enhances the clean lines of the design whilst blending the home to the natural environment. Inside, the aesthetic is softened with the warmth of timber flooring and clever furnishings and the continued use of shuttered concrete walls harmoniously links the interior to the exterior features.
Cleverly designed to accommodate 14 people, the living areas are arranged to allow generous yet intimate spaces. A large and well equipped kitchen and feature bar area is an entertainers paradise, the living areas flow on to the impressive outdoor area designed to be used in all climates.
