This beautiful bungalow looks out onto the spectacular Auckland City skyline. The home is the perfect gallery to showcase a collection of incredible soft furnishings and art, plus other quirky pieces with a mid-century vibe.
Yellowfox designed the kitchen with a linear-look juxtaposed with a slightly retro feel to the banquette dining space. Lacquered tongue & groove cabinetry was specified with retro-inspired holes for handles combined with a classic Silestone benchtop. Open boxed shelves were designed to exhibit many of the client's beautiful vases.
Dark timber floors run throughout the hall, kitchen & living spaces, while playful rugs were strategically placed to bring warmth and colour into the spaces. Moody paint colours were chosen to create a dramatic vibe; our gorgeous client was very happy with the result!
