Elegant flat renovation in Sloane Square featuring open reception spaces, bespoke joinery, traditional period reinstatement, and modern amenities including an AC system and soundproofing.
Works to this flat in the heart of Sloane Square, were undertaken in conjunction with Cadogan Estates, liaising closely with them throughout the works progression.
The project included opening up the front reception rooms to form one large space, installing an AC system and soundproofing throughout using a ‘hush pugging’ system.
Features consisted of bespoke joinery, reinstating the traditional period features, full decorations and wallpapering. The completed project was that of an elegant and tasteful flat in one of London’s more enviable postcodes.
