Introducing Coastal Carbon Neutral by Cory Webb Design, completed in 2024 for the O'Brien family. This stunning coastal-style home boasts 13 kW solar panels, a ventilated roof cavity, and an expansive timber batter feature wall. Warm timbers and a neutral palette create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for family living.
Step outside to enjoy the family pool and alfresco area, offering great connections with the community and tree views of the golf course at the rear. Designed with sustainability in mind, Coastal Carbon Neutral features products from Steel-Line Garage Doors, enhancing both style and function. This luxury home showcases the best in coastal living, providing a comfortable and eco-friendly sanctuary for the O'Brien family.
