Codrington Residence

A new build designed around the rhythm of family life. TRUNK Vetra smoked timber flooring anchors the main living spaces, its depth carrying through from the entry to the open kitchen and dining areas. Here, crisp white cabinetry gives way to Stardust Walnut veneer, which is rich in grain and colour and set against a travertine island, bringing an organic softness to an otherwise clean-lined space. Skylights overhead pull light down onto the stone and timber, the surface detail revealing itself differently across the day. An extended island with additional seating tucks the family naturally into the heart of the kitchen. In the bathrooms and study, Manhattan Oak joinery adds a considered softness against the cooler finishes elsewhere. A home that is modern in its structure but layered in texture and natural materials.
