VidaSpace Levin HQ

After a decade in our original Levin premises, it was time for VidaSpace to take the next step. Our new 2,775m² headquarters, built alongside the original building, brings together our offices, showroom, R&D laboratory, warehouse, and distribution centre under one roof, creating a purpose-built space designed for the future. Visitors are welcomed through a striking circular entrance centred around a living tree, setting the tone for the thoughtful, nature-inspired design found throughout the building. For the first time, VidaSpace has a dedicated Levin showroom, giving clients, designers, and trades the opportunity to explore our products, materials, and finishes in an inspiring environment, complete with a comprehensive sample library. Innovation continues in TheLab, our in-house testing and development space, while collaboration is supported through two purpose-built boardrooms designed for meetings, workshops, and remote collaboration with partners across New Zealand and beyond. The expanded warehouse significantly increases our storage capacity, allowing us to hold more stock and improve delivery efficiency for projects nationwide. Meanwhile, the open-plan office has been designed with wellbeing in mind, featuring natural tones and showcasing VidaSpace timber finishes and ALT™ by VidaSpace surfaces throughout. The project was delivered by Homestead, who provided a full land, design, and build package, completing the development four weeks ahead of schedule. Architecture and interiors were created in collaboration with Spaceworks and Bluepencil Architects, while the finishes were selected in-house and feature products from trusted partners including Powersurge, Autex Acoustics, Aspect Furniture, Bremworth, Quantum, and Premier Group. Today, our new Levin HQ is more than just a workplace—it is a hub for collaboration, innovation, and growth, providing the foundation for the next chapter of VidaSpace.
