Contemporary Gymea Bay Duplex
A family home was demolished and converted into a contemporary dual occupancy development to maximise the value and potential for the site. The Mother was to live in one side while the eldest son and their growing young family was to live in the other. Custom and unique details were incorporated into the overall design – a unique fascia and gutter detail was created, along with cantilevers, 2-storey voids and the use of raw materials.
