Craig Road Apartments

Craig Rd development is a multiunit project offering three very different apartments, the site backs onto Milford Marina and has its own private jetty. The external palette is a mix of white horizontal brick veneer and white stained vertical cedar with white joinery throughout. From the street the front apartment reads as a stand alone two level home, behind that apartments two and three overlap each other to allow both apartments marina / sunset views to the west. Below ground is a full underground parking and storage area with private access to each apartment.
