A stunning seaside residence featuring a unique architectural design, spacious open-plan living, and luxurious finishes, including a custom kitchen and multiple entertaining areas, all complemented by breathtaking beach views.
This seaside home is architecturally designed and shows a true commitment to quality and impeccable detail. Spanning two impressive levels, it comprises a staggered brick and block base with a cedar-clad top level featuring an ultra-modern flat room.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen on the lower level is spacious and light thanks to the considered use of floor-to-ceiling windows and doors.
The kitchen opens out onto covered and open entertaining areas and an inviting pool. It is a home chef’s dream, with custom cabinetry by Form Design, Miele appliances, a Liebherr fridge, stone flooring, and a raw concrete benchtop that was cast in situ for the ultimate fit.
Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs, and the main bedroom (with dressing room and ensuite) and guest room are on the second storey. Upstairs you’ll also find the second living room with a library/study nook and a deck with views over the white-sand beach.
The three bathrooms – a guest bathroom and ensuite upstairs and a family bathroom down – have oak cabinetry, full height shower glass and stone tiles.
This home was a delight to build and we are so pleased with the outcome.
