The high quality of design and impressive street appeal, achieved with visually interesting building facades, is complemented by attractive landscaping and specimen tree planting across the site. This development increases housing supply and choice in a highly sought-after area, as well as offering excellent connections due to its close proximity to New Lynn’s centre and train station.
