Crown Lynn Yards Stage 2C involves the construction of two apartment blocks comprising 40 units in the heart of New Lynn, along with associated earthworks, retaining walls, access, and landscaping.

The high quality of design and impressive street appeal, achieved with visually interesting building facades, is complemented by attractive landscaping and specimen tree planting across the site. This development increases housing supply and choice in a highly sought-after area, as well as offering excellent connections due to its close proximity to New Lynn’s centre and train station.
