This young couple had dreamed for years about building their Barn Style home, in the area they grew up in, with family close. The finished house is perfectly suited to their entertaining lifestyle and the idyllic views over fields and mountains. The large windows allow the outside inside, no matter what the weather. While simultaneously heating the polished concrete floor to radiate out as the temperature cools. A shot of black oxide was added to the concrete mix to further help with heat absorption. The Master suite looks out over the living area below and through the oversized windows to the alpine views. The walk in wardrobe and ensuite are definitely a lady's dream come true!

“Lauren and I would like to thank Jesse and the team for the great work on our new home in Lincoln following the Christchurch earthquakes in 2011. We were really impressed how we were able to bring our own bespoke design and ideas to Jesse. He helped fine-tune these ideas and make appealing suggestions as he really understood our vision. Jesse was easy to work with and he helped ease the stress and pressure we were under with the loss of our home. We were able to easily incorporate improvements to the house to ensure we had wow factor, utilising modern construction methods and materials with high energy efficiency which was important to us. He kept us well informed of progress during the build so we knew how things were tracking and what we would see on-site each week. The quality of finish is impeccable and we now have a home that works well and fits our family. We would like to thank the whole team for the effort and passion they put into our home. We are extremely happy and love living in our new home.”
