This residence has a comprehensive audio-visual, surveillance and WiFi network system.

The living room has a zone of audio-visual where anyone can watch or listen to their favourite media which can be controlled by the Control 4 remote or any smartphone with the app.

For the outdoor entertainment areas, we went with black waterproof speakers to match the frame and electronic louvres and for the covered outdoor area we installed white recessed speakers to provide an aesthetically pleasing finish.

Both zones can be controlled using the Control 4 smartphone app which has all the popular streaming services including Spotify, iHeart Radio, Tune-in Radio and more.

The media room is a dedicated space for the whole family to enjoy. Access to a near unlimited selection of on-demand video, movie, and music content is ready at the touch of a button.

By having the centralised equipment rack which controls the whole system, the family can enjoy Netflix in the media room, Freeview in the lounge, whilst playing Spotify outside.
