This project was a new dwelling - the brief was to rebuild a replica of the house damaged in the 2011 earthquake using recycled timber, doors, columns, arches etc from the demolition
Interior painting:
Seal, prep and paint all walls and ceilings and new windows.
Restauration of old doors , frames, arches to meet the new standards using the stain and water based polyurethane.
Feature wall: Oikos Decorative plaster-Travertino Romano natural stone finish.
Exterior painting:
Prep and paint all the weather, cedar features and windows.
Prep and oil new decking.
