Renovation Partner Steve Roper was brought on board to renovate the ensuite bathroom of this 1920s villa. The homeowner was quite fond of the home’s character and wanted to retain it while still giving his ensuite a modern upgrade.

The four-week renovation included repairing water damaged flooring, installing new tilling, replacing the existing bathtub with a spacious shower, and refurbishing the original vanity. Vertical shiplap detailing in seafoam green is also a notably beautiful addition to the space and a nod to the home’s art deco era.
