Family home in Bethlehem featuring stunning North-facing views, extensive indoor/outdoor flow with stacker sliders, and a durable design with brick veneer cladding and concrete tile roofing.
Situated in the heart of Bethlehem this home was designed to make maximum use of the raised North facing aspect with breathtaking views across the harbour to Matakana Island.
Stacker sliders were used extensively to create indoor / outdoor flow to the patio / lawn areas and provide a safe environment for children to be easily supervised whilst outdoors.
A solid family home refurbished with brick veneer cladding and concrete tile roofing.
