A modern home in Fendalton, completed in 2021, featuring a striking gable form, refined plaster cladding, and a cohesive color palette that enhances its simplicity and elegance.
Simplicity creates Beauty. With a strong gable form running along the site but sliced back to expose the entry to the street façade and outdoor courtyard to the North West corner of the site. Experimenting with different truss types, we have achieved some interesting ceiling volumes along with some additional attic storage.
A single cladding type, with plaster finish used to the entire home. The finish is more refined in the ‘cut ins’. A single colour palette across the roof, walls and windows has created a beautifully simple aesthetic.
