We aimed to create a single level ultra contemporary but relaxed coastal home that appeals with simple and timeless style.

From enviable Cook St position, the house reveals itself bit by bit.
The discrete street presence and set back sets the scene for an austere and unassuming facade, that skillfully uses a mix of material, colour and texture, beckoning you to enter the property.
The impressive front timber screen that flows along the roof line of the long catwalk entrance clad with dramatic Palm Beach black stained hardwood cladding, makes for a dramatic entrance.

Once stepping inside the expansive spaces with full height windows and doors opening out to a sprawling garden oasis with pergola and pool, transports you instantly to a holiday mood.

The north facing aspect bathes the airy internals with light, and the luxurious finishes saturate the space with a palette of warm greys and soft timber accents, creating a sanctuary for peaceful ease of enjoyment.

We love the flow of the house, the high-end materials and joinery, architectural light fittings and the attention to detail. We love that there are no unused rooms and outdoor areas, all spaces function really well.

We feel we struck a great balance between form, beauty and function, the house is so livable and serene.
