Captivating views of natural greenspace from the edge of the manicured 17th fairway of The Legend Course on Moonah Links was the site for this contemporary architectural home designed and built by Sealanda. This minimalist, split level home was designed to accommodate the natural contours of the land. The design offered simple yet elegantly appointed open-plan living with inspired design detailing throughout. Landscaped gardens and outdoor living spaces interwoven with the interior living area. The light-filled kitchen and living area opens through stacked, double-glazed doors to the spacious private deck and grassed terrace surrounded by magnificent, mature trees and protected from prevailing weather. The striking entrance to the house with Portsea stone gabbion walls was dramatic in proportion.
