At completion the Parramatta Square Project will inject 290,000sqm of premium grade office & retail space delivered over a 3 hectare site into Parramatta City.
Property developers Walker Corporation, Built and their partner The Obayashi Group are working together to deliver the 4 towers which will be at the heart of Parramatta City’s new commercial hub.
4PS is the first building to be finished complete with a fit-out to facilitate an agile working environment as specified by the anchor tenant Government Property NSW.
AWM Australia have supplied 6000 Alto electric sit-2-stand workstations plus Humanscale Liberty Task chairs to over 33 floors. Many of the workstations have been fitted with OE Elsafe soft wiring, desktop and under desk power modules. Above desk OE Elsafe Qiksilva power rails provide power and usb fast charging for mobiles, laptops and other electronic devices.
Below desk OE Elsafe Qikfit 4GPO clip in power modules have been integrated into the soft wiring system to provide power for both workplace equipment and desktop power modules.
Pathfinder Umbilicals guide and protect data/power cables from the floor connecting both to the soft wiring and desk cable management systems.
Axxess plus DUO table boxes provide power / data and USB fast charging to shared spaces and boardroom tables.
The end resulting workspaces, breakout areas, and boardrooms provide workers with a smart streamlined working environment with breathtaking views over Parramatta and beyond.
