Blending Heritage Charm with Modern Open-Plan Living
Located in the vibrant heart of Ponsonby, the full renovation of a classic Workers Cottage has seamlessly blended timeless charm with modern sophistication. Our team at Eye for Detail carefully preserved the cottage’s original character while opening up the interior to create a bright, welcoming space. The reimagined layout enhances natural light flow, making the home feel spacious and effortlessly connected.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort, functionality, and quiet elegance. From the light-filled open-plan kitchen and living area to the new outdoor deck and garden, this renovation offers a perfect balance of traditional features and contemporary touches. Completed in 2024, this project exemplifies our commitment to creating beautifully restored homes that honour their history while embracing modern living.
