“We knew Kane prior to undertaking our build project – so there was some familiarity that made the project easier, especially when we faced the challenges of Covid with lockdowns and building material shortages.

We’ve got a young family and it was important for us to have a low maintenance family home with four bedrooms and open plan living spaces.

One of the main challenges we faced was in the tight build covenants for the development and Kane patiently worked his way through these with an architectural designer, with several amendments to meet the design requirements. We’re now really enjoying our new home.”
