A modern 297 sqm family home featuring a striking blend of New Zealand timber and sleek black cladding, completed in 2022, designed for comfort and elegance with a welcoming main pavilion and luxurious interior spaces.
A striking combination of New Zealand timber and sleek black cladding ensures this 297 sqm family home gets noticed for all the right reasons. This enduring pairing also features throughout the elegant interior, with dark and light enhancing the entrance, main bedroom and outdoor living areas. What’s remarkable at the rear of the home, is the commanding presence created by the main pavillion. Its strong form is reminiscent of a marae and its deep portico is just as welcoming. From here, options to enjoy the good life are many – fire up the barbecue and dine outdoors or relax and enjoy the lush greenery.
Inside, the galley kitchen demonstrates up-to-the-minute style and efficiency and includes a walk-in pantry. A large window connects to the front entrance and brings in plenty of natural light. The layout and amenities are all designed to suit the family that resides here. The media room is a snug space where everyone can gather for laid-back movie nights. Dressed in dark tones and with plush carpet, it sits behind a barn-style door. Every luxury is afforded the owners in their beautiful main bedroom and ensuite. It’s all sublime.
