Haumoana House

A stunning new build boasting mid-century design features and situated on a vast property overlooking the picturesque Hawkes Bay; Haumoana House offers an array of amenities including a tennis court, putting green, swimming pool, several outdoor seating areas, and an expansive lawn - covering all facets for entertainment and relaxation. 

Our team at Jensen Projects meticulously oversaw the softscaping and plant out of the property, following the visionary plan from Xanthe White Design. The softscaping showcases native grasses in terraced gardens, layered whimsical perennials, textural greenery feature gardens, and a terraced vegetable garden. 

The stunning perennial gardens frame the driveway providing a welcoming entry, and continue around the pool area, creating a serene outlook while complimenting the sweeping views of Hawkes Bay's mountains and ocean.

Completed in 2023 the gardens will continue to flourish under our maintenance service, providing an unforgettable landscape for this one of a kind property.
