Matarua Rise

Nestled high up in the hills of the Tuki Tuki valley, Matarua Rise boasts panoramic views of Te Mata Peak and the surrounding countryside. Another exceptional landscape design by Willie Murphy at Pollen Workshop has elevated this stunning property by taking full advantage of its breathtaking surroundings.

On arrival to the property a striking feature stone wall provides privacy for the home and also creates a sheltered entertaining court yard for BBQ's and gatherings. The main exterior entertaining area, found on the private side of the property, enjoys uninterrupted views over the Tuki Tuki river and Te Mata Peak mountain range. The pool, strategically positioned and fenced in glass, offers a unique spot to relax and unwind while being immersed in the natural beauty of the area.

Surrounded by native plantings and limestone boulders, Matarua Rise seamlessly blends into its environment, creating a harmonious connection between the landscape architecture and the natural landscape.

Jensen Projects oversaw and completed the full landscape construction and softscaping of this new build property, and also manages the continued garden maintenance.

With the build completed in 2023 the landscaping will only continue to impress as the plants further establish and flourish.
