Hawaiki Development
Vivian Construction was proud to deliver the Hawaiki Development for Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, comprising of 24 townhouses in Ōrākei. Featuring a mix of one-,two-, and four-bedroom homes, this project builds on our successful partnership from the Oneoneroa Development.
The homes were delivered under Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei’s innovative ownership model, where whānau fund the build while the iwi retains land ownership - creating a more accessible path to home ownership in a high-demand suburb. A key milestone was achieved with the handover completed just in time for whānau to move in ahead of Christmas.
