Vivian Construction was engaged as the main contractor for the North Clubhouse at Te Arai Links, designed by Cheshire Architects. This beautifully crafted space integrates pro shop, concierge bar, and dining area in an intimate setting with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Built using a combination of exotic and native timbers - including Greenheart, Iroko, Heart Matai, and Cedar - the structure avoids the use of steel, creating a warm and natural aesthetic. The project demanded exceptional craftmanship and precision, with meticulous attention to detail at every step.
