Higcliff Road
Having owned the land for many years and the owners set for retirement, they were ready to build their dream home atop the Otago Peninsula. Working alongside Mason & Wales Architects we constructed a home that takes in the expansive views of the Otago Harbour and makes the most of the all day sunshine. Their home needed to be low maintenance, a great space for entertaining, and have enough room for when the grandkids came to visit.
The final result is a light and airy home that has all the modern touches. The raking ceiling in the kitchen, living, dining area gives a sense of grandeur and leads you seamlessly out to the outdoor entertaining area with the open fire.
