Hillcrest Reno & Ext

With amazing views out over the city and harbour this 1950s architectural gem would have been the envy of all when it was constructed. After 14 years living here the owners brief was clear, retain the existing hallmark features out the front and add a 100m2 family oasis to the rear with a spruce up in between. We think the clients and Architect have nailed it and our team have delivered an exceptional quality product. Every part of this build was handcrafted and bespoke, from the heated coloured concrete floor slabs to the French Oak kitchen and stone columns - each trade combined on site to bring together the vision. We thrive on bringing to life the dreams of our clients and doing so without any stress or dramas that are so often talked about with renovation projects. Closely monitoring the budget throughout the project enabled the owners to make quick decisions about upgrades or changes as the project evolved without any nasty surprises down the track. After the renovation and extension had been completed the pool and entertainment areas were added to top off what is a stunning transformation. We think the photos do the talking! ‘The result is outstanding and will be for years to come. If you are considering Cammell Projects for your project we would recommend them without hesitation. You might need to join the queue!’ Jason & Kym Barrow
