Restoring this beautiful 1900’s villa was a privilege to which we approached with acareful appreciation for the homes original character and its elegant charm. We built a full new upper level, including master, ensuite and living areas and a new internal staircase. Ensuring our additions and alterations were in keeping was integral to the way we approached our renovation project. The design and construction style of our additions, along with the high ceilings, original kauri flooring and internal restorations throughout resulted in a perfect combination of heritage, contemporary sophistication and family versatility.
