Here at New Zealand's only comprehensive instant hedge nursery, we've grown your hedge for you.

Living Walls™ instant hedges and pleached screens provide structure and privacy and enhance landscape projects throughout New Zealand. Grown and sold in metre lengths, instant hedges come in a wide assortment of varieties, and four product ranges - Pleached Screen at 2.2m high, Living Screen from 1m high (can grow to 1.8m and beyond), Living Boundary up to 1.2m high, and Living Edge up to 500mm high. Hedges can be maintained at the purchased height or grown taller, as required.

Twining Valley’s hedge varieties include natives and exotics in a range of textures and colours, including a number of flowering and scented options. Some varieties have foliage that changes colour with the seasons.

As Twining Valley Nurseries is a production nursery only, we do not provide an installation/landscaping service. You can either install your new Living Walls™ instant hedge yourself, following our detailed installation guides, or employ a local landscape contractor to do it for you. The instant hedges and pleached screens are grown in specially designed planter bags which can be readily lifted for transporting around your site. Some hedge varieties are also suitable for container planting, for use on balconies and decks.
