Comprehensive design and construction process for Just Kidz Educare in Kelston, ensuring a seamless transition from site discovery to opening day.
Another great ece project completed for Just Kidz Educare - www.justkidz.co.nz
What is the process from design through to opening day?
- Site discovery / Feasibility / Council pre-app ( We assist with this )
- Developing a design through to resource consent ( That's our job too)
- Engaging with specialists for your resource consent application ( We do that for you )
- Complete building consent plans and engineering ( We also complete this for you )
- Lodge building consent and liaise with the council ( We do that for you )
- Select a builder and organise a building contract ( We can assist if required )
- Liaise with the team at childcare hub for all your resources and MOE licensing
- Send out the invites for opening day, enjoy the day
It's an easy process if you break it down and trust the professionals.
