Located on a main road, this property exhibited the typical square form of sites in its vicinity and required a garden that would provide excellent street appeal. The front yard garden included sections of hedge, a mounded garden and insitu concrete slabs to create an inviting space for both visitors and passers-by to enjoy. A significant level change in the rear yard was solved via split level retaining. This divides the wide area into useable areas including spa pool patio, level lawn and upper garden.
