In Residence partnered with The Water Monopoly in 2019, to bring their distinctive range of English-made bathroomware, including the Rockwell collection, to New Zealand and Australia.
Renowned for her love of history and craft, Interior Designer Katie Lockhart did not compromise on materials and details when she fitted out her Auckland studio bathroom. She recognised the craftsmanship of the Rockwell pedestal basin and toilet, beautifully finished and with playful curves. Pairing Perrin & Rowe tapware with The Water Monopoly pieces substantiates the quality of the fitout and lends the project a classic, timeless appeal.
Katie set the bathroom fittings against a grid of Appiani Seta Mosaic tiles, creating perfect design balance; neither the tiles nor the bathroomware overshadows the other.
