Positioned on a unique elevated section in the heart of Khandallah, the team were presented the opportunity to undertake a complete renovation of the back yard that was essentially a blank canvas of massive opportunity. Entrance into the rear yard sees a large Garapa deck providing ‘same-level’ connection from the living/dining room of the house to the pool area rising out from the undulations of the rear yard.
The Maxi-Rib Compass pool, supplied and installed by Wrights Pools and Spas, sits like a lush pond fronting an impressive backdrop of the valleys of the western suburbs Large sweeping lawns and vibrant planting of seasonal colour surround the pool and decking areas. Existing Pohutukawa trees have been tidied and brought into focus by clever uplighting and compliment the additional lighting within the pool and underneath the glass fencing. Sipping on a glass of wine, listening to the birdsong of the tui and Kaka after a warm evening dip was all the dream of our clients.
We certainly loved delivering this dream.
