In Melbourne’s Western suburb of Kingsville, J A Construct has renovated this stunning Edwardian home built in the 1920’s. The extension and renovation included demolishing the rear of the house to capture the space for a new kitchen, laundry, dining and living areas, whilst updating the main bathroom and ensuite. This is where the beautiful Perini tiles were able to create an elegant and modern look to both the main bathroom and ensuite.

The brief for this renovation was for the extension to be ultra-modern with polished concrete floors whilst capturing the original beauty of the existing house.
