A tailored renovation of three distinct bathrooms in a canal-front home, showcasing unique aesthetics while ensuring functionality and flow, exemplifying BARLOW's craftsmanship and design expertise.
KURANDA is a tailored renovation project that reimagines three separate bathrooms within a repeat client’s canal-front home in Robina — each space expressing a distinct personality while maintaining a cohesive sense of refinement.
Working within the constraints of an existing layout, the design brief was clear: create three completely different bathrooms, each with its own aesthetic language, without compromising functionality or flow. The result is a considered exploration of materiality, tone, and mood — all unified by the signature precision and craftsmanship of BARLOW.
From soft natural stone and timber accents to bold tiling selections and custom detailing, each bathroom reflects a unique moment within the home — whether it’s the serene retreat of the master ensuite, the playful elegance of the powder room, or the clean simplicity of the main family bathroom.
KURANDA showcases BARLOW’s ability to deliver layered, design-driven outcomes — even in compact spaces — while maintaining clarity, quality, and connection across every touchpoint.
