We ask a lot of our workspaces. The functional needs and common uses are ever-changing but our expectation for a functional environment stays the same. LEO UK in Marble Arch, London is no different. LEO boasts a large portfolio of luxury, co-working spaces in central London designed to create a flexible workspace for a range of clients who need a space to get work done, but still want to enjoy the social environment that shared spaces bring.
Area, a London-based design and build company is becoming known for creating innovative and clever workplaces and LEO’s Park House is a great example of what you can do with a large and open space. Circular Horizon Acoustic Panels were installed in the main reception, following the sloped glazed roof down to the level below. Horizon baffles core function is to soak up excess noise and chatter in the multi-use space but with some fresh thinking in terms of product placement, they were able to reduce light glare from the glass ceiling above. Autex Frontier™ was used within the corridors, the design utilised acoustic fins which reduced in size causing a visual effect of movement and brought an element of interest to a generic space.
